A native of Fort Worth, Texas , Dr. Kennon always knew he’d become a veterinarian. A 1978 graduate of Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine, he moved to Georgetown and founded Northwest Animal Clinic the next year. In those early years he saw all sizes and varieties of animals before narrowing the practice down to those he loves best: dogs and cats.

As he moves into retirement, Dr. Kennon looks forward to combining his two favorite hobbies, fishing and travel, into some exciting adventures.
